One of my biggest challenges in the past was creating a healthy lifestyle, and I’ve come very far. In the beginning, it was really tough due to the fact that I had to completely change the way I was eating. But, I stay committed to the plan, and eventually, I got rid of a lot of junk food in the house, started my own garden, and learned how to make time to cook healthy meals. I made a goal each week, and once I reached it, I celebrated with a day at the spa, or spend a peaceful day hiking or walking.

  1. I relate very much to this as I am a positive thinker by nature. It reminds me of a text I read recently basically saying that it’s better to walk just 20 minutes rather than planning to jog for 30, better to invite a few friends for a cozy dinner than procastinating on the huge dinner you want to host 🙂 Keep it up, dude 🙂
