I have been working on my own positive attitude for years. Of course, I still fall into negative thoughts, but it is much easier to stay positive now that I have been practicing for so long.

Ah positive thinking! I can’t say enough about the power of positive thinking. It has a profound effect on every area of your life. It took me a while, but I have mastered the ability to always see the glass as half full, instead of half empty. Too much stress leads to the kind of negative thinking that precludes you from success in all areas of your life. Positive thinking is not easy in a world filled with so much negativity and so many chronic stressors…but it makes all the difference between those who merely “survive” and those who “thrive” in their personal and professional lives!
