I’ll be sharing 21 ways to step outside of your comfort zone to motivate you and turn your goals into reality. Of course, our busy schedules might get in the way to practice these steps everyday, so I thought I would start slow. Then, I hope you will let these steps become a daily routine!

Define the shape and size of your comfort zone then aim for taking action just outside. Your brain is supercharged when it is presented with situation it has not encountered before, or realities which it finds risky and new. This is where wonderful thoughts and ideas can be harnessed to put you on a direct path with your desired destiny.

I love that you’re doing a series about stepping out of your comfort zone. That’s never been a problem for me. In fact, I’m just the opposite. I’m fueled by things that challenge me. The thing that scares me is not stepping outside of that zone. I’ve lived a life most people can’t believe, and the reason why is I’ve gone after what I want.
