When you focus yourself on your goals, you may realize that your comfort zone is no longer appealing. In order to fully step outside of your comfort zone, create a new to-do list of things you want to accomplish in your life that will form the basis for your new reality!
We are down to our second to last step, and this is where stepping outside of your comfort zone really unfolds. With step 20 today, I want you to create a new to-do list of 100 things you want to do in your life. As you jot them down, consider not only professional goals, but physical, mental, romantic, spiritual, and financial goals.
Try doing it on paper instead of your computer. Having these ideas or goals on paper allows you to see them more realistically. That’s from my personal experience anyway. So, rather than tucking them away on your computer, post it up on the fridge, in your office, or somewhere visible where you can see it everyday. Some place where it can motivate you even in the slightest ways.
Create a New To-Do List
Right now, on paper and not on your computer, create a new to-do list of 100 things you want to do in your life. These should be physical and mental achievements, and include professional, financial, romantic, spiritual, and other endeavors. Many self-made millionaires and billionaires have said this simple action formed the basis for new realities, which were created when they were forced to realize that their comfort zone was not appealing to them after all.
