I love it when summer rolls around because I get to make one of my favorite desserts: Summertime jello and fruit, which is completely sugar free. It’s one of my attempts to eat healthier, and enjoy a jar of goodness!Eating Healthy - summer time jello and fruit is one of my favorite desserts. It's sugar free, light, and will cool you down when it's hot outside!You can simply use any molded pan, or any size mason jar you like, and just add fresh fruits with the jello, or on top when it’s ready. I like making mine in smaller mason jars so I can keep it fresher and longer. And, they are great for a dessert snack for the week, or for a special occasion. Enjoy!
