I know, I know… water can be boring so try spicing it up a little. Add a lemon to your water for some zing and even more health benefits. A cup of tea or piece of fruit will both help you achieve your water intake. And if you get in the habit of always carrying a water bottle around with you, you are most likely to drink more.



I Know, I know.. Just sometimes a diet coke hits the spot.. lol i just make sure I have a water bottle with me at all times. It’s one of those that beeps if you don’t drink often. It’s a good reminder for me throughout the am when I might be having coffe
I make sure I carry wter bottle with me at all times. As I get older it seems I am more frequently thirsty
