One of my favorite go-to is this classic grilled cheese sandwich. Talk about melt in your mouth! It’s super easy and quick to cook, and the ingredients are easy to work with. You can make this is a classic grilled cheese or change things up a little as I did. I substituted American cheese for Mozzarella, and added some dried cranberries and walnuts to give it a sweet and crunchy taste! Think of it as a “sweet and savory” kind of lunch.
Just trust your instincts because there’s really no way to mess this up. Enjoy!
