Routine – I find most of our life is made up of muscle memory. when we work outside of muscle memory we are stressed. The faster we can set up a routine so we wake and move immediately into muscle memory (like driving home and finding yourself turning into the driveway and thinking, wow, I just drove home on autopitot. Attention drains our energy. So the more we develop muscle memory the less stressed we are.
