If you love the combination of mango and avocado, this quick and easy mango guacamole is definitely for you. I’ve tried it smooth, and chunky, and am a fan of both. The ingredients you’ll need are super easy, and inexpensive, too.
Mango guacamole has become a favorite dipping appetizer at our family functions, and other festivities. Try it out and tell me if it’ll become yours, too. 🙂
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 small jalapeno pepper (2 if you like it hot)
- 4 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 large mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- This is one of the easiest things to make because you simply toss everything into a bowl and using a potato masher, mash it to the desired consistency that you like.
- If you like really smooth guacamole, you can use a food processor to combine everything. At times, I like it chunky, so I dice up the mango instead of smashing it, and it makes a chunky salsa!
- Serve at room temperature.

Looks beautiful and yummy! Pinned it!
I think I’m going to have to give this one a try. I never thought of combining mango and avocado before, although one of my favorite salsas is Homeboy mango salsa.
