I found this Raspberry Brownie Dessert recipe in Taste of Home’s Fast Fixes with Mixes cookbook. It is my recipe of the week, which was a very easy dessert to make and only calls for 4 ingredients (6 ingredients if you count the brownie mix ingredients). The cool-time of the brownies is really the only time factor you have to consider, but otherwise, the prep time is less than 20 minutes tops.
Ingredients
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13x9 pan size)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1 package (3.3 oz) instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 can (21 oz) raspberry pie filling
Instructions
- Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package directions. Let cool completely.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup cream and pudding mix; stir for 2 minutes or until very thick. In a small mixing bowl, beat remaining cream until stiff peaks form; fold into pudding. Carefully spread over brownies; top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
I couldn’t find white chocolate pudding so I substituted French Vanilla. And I couldn’t find raspberry pie filling so I used strawberry pie filling. I think it would have tasted better with the white chocolate pudding, but it was still good.

I’ve just finished my dinner (I live in India) and your post makes me want to go out and get some dessert! I’ll settle for salivating over the picture. 🙂
Lovely dish! My husband would go nuts for it. I’m not big on raspberry and chocolate but he definitely adores it.
I’m of the school of thought that chocolate needs to be all by itself without fruit or any other distractions. But fun to have this introduction to your site for future recipe and healthy living ideas.
that looks scrumptious!
This looks AMAZING!
Well, that blew my diet. Who am I kidding? I don’t diet. I’ll be making these soon. Thanks!
That’s awesome Elaine. Sometimes life is too short to pass up something sweet! 🙂

I don’t care for raspberries. Do you think it would work with cherry pie filling?
Oh yeah, I think you can play around with the recipe. If you try it, let me know how it turns out. 🙂
Well I will tell you. This is a Pin for sure. On my “Desserts I want to Eat” board. Just yum!
Woohoo, thanks Shelley!
My father was a diabetic, so we never had sweets around the house. When I see great desserts like this one, my thighs are grateful I never developed a sweet tooth.
I am SO disappointed that you couldn’t find white chocolate pudding because I want some right now and I’m afraid I will never find it either. I cannot wait to make this, thank you for sharing.
I’m not a big dessert eater, but this looks delicious. And I’m going to have to look for white chocolate pudding. I didn’t know it existed. I love white chocolate and I think my grandkids would love it too!
Oh, how decadent. I’ll save it for company, and impress them with my culinary skills!
