The definition of insanity is performing the same actions and expecting different results. Stop practicing insane behavior and expecting your comfortable actions to produce exciting results. Decide to take a step outside of your comfort zone and achieve new goals!
I hope all of you have had the chance to reflect on Step 13 – Make Changes before Changes Make you. If you haven’t, it’s not too late.
Start off with a clean slate as we review Step 14 – Stop practicing insane behavior. Do things you have never done before to step outside of your comfort zone, and see the fulfilling results!
Stop Practicing Insane Behavior
One definition of insanity is continuing to perform the same actions while expecting a different set of results. To achieve your dreams and goals, and have access to those rewards and successes you have never experienced before, you must do things that you have never done before. Stop expecting your old, comfortable actions to create the new, exciting and fulfilling life you have always dreamed of. This will only happen when your new actions move you outside of your comfort zone, and begin to deliver the desired results.
