Casseroles are super filling and that’s one of the reasons why I like to cook it. It’s also a great dish to share with my meal sharing buddy, or other folks when we have cooking events. Must I warn you that it’s super tasty, and hearty, and “kid friendly.”
I started to use lean ground beef with this recipe in the beginning, however, I prefer ground turkey since it’s less fat. I also added a can of green peas.
Hope you enjoy!

- 1 (15 ounce) can of green peas
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
- Cook turkey and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until turkey is well browned, stirring to break up meat.

- Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes or until potatoes are done.
