Last week was a doozy!
I got a call telling me that my mom couldn’t breathe.
She had breathed in toxic fumes and it made her start wheezing. Severely.
She called 9-1-1 and within minutes the paramedics arrived.
She had an allergic reaction to breathing in bleach of all things, as she had been cleaning.
I arrived that same night…and we have spent the last few days together getting rid of all things toxic in her home.
I’m so glad she’s alright. Deep sigh of relief.
The last few days, without WiFi at my mom’s, and now coming home to no power here in California…has made me realize how much cleaning I need to do in my own life and business.
It’s so easy to be busy.
We use “busy” as a reason (okay an excuse) to not do the things we know we need to get done.
Have you ever heard the phrase “you have to slow down in order to speed up”?
It’s time for me to slow down.
It’s time for me to plan out my business systems and SOPs better.
It’s time for me to reflect and revise as I’m growing this business so that I can breathe easier.
Who’s with me?
If you are ready to slow down in order to speed up…and are serious about building a sustainable business model it’s time to focus on one particular area that needs the most attention in your business.
